ChallengeSphere Child Safety Standards

Prohibited conduct and content

ChallengeSphere prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including:

• Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, storing, or distributing CSAM.
• Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, trafficking, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
• Sexualized comments, imagery, challenges, or communications involving minors.
• Content that identifies, threatens, coerces, or facilitates the exploitation of a child.
• Links, instructions, or communities that promote or enable CSAE.

Users must not use ChallengeSphere to create, promote, normalize, or facilitate any form of child exploitation.

Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report concerning challenges, submissions, comments, profiles, or other content through the reporting controls available in ChallengeSphere. Users can also contact our child safety team at ironside-dev@challengesphere.com.

Include the relevant username, content, challenge, or other details needed to locate the concern. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Review and enforcement

We review child safety reports and take action appropriate to the risk and applicable law. Actions may include restricting access, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, and preventing repeat abuse.

When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other reportable child exploitation, we take steps to remove or restrict access to the material and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, as required by applicable law.

Legal compliance and cooperation

ChallengeSphere complies with applicable child safety laws and responds to valid legal requests. We may cooperate with law enforcement, child protection agencies, NCMEC, and other appropriate authorities when addressing suspected child exploitation.

Child safety point of contact

Google Play, authorities, safety organizations, and users may contact our designated child safety representative at ironside-dev@challengesphere.com. This contact is responsible for receiving child safety notifications and coordinating review and enforcement actions for ChallengeSphere.

Updates to these standards

We may update these standards as ChallengeSphere, applicable laws, and safety practices evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
