ChallengeSphere Terms of Service

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ChallengeSphere, provided by Ironside. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use ChallengeSphere only after receiving that consent. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure.

Community conduct

You may not use ChallengeSphere to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerously misleading content.
  • Harass, bully, impersonate, stalk, exploit, or expose another person’s private information.
  • Promote self-harm, unsafe challenges, violence, controlled substances, or conduct likely to cause injury.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Spam, manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Our in-app community rules form part of these Terms. Report concerning content or users through the app or through Support.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Ironside a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, distribute, and show that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve ChallengeSphere. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, safety, and moderation retention.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content and make it visible to the audience you select.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. We may act without advance notice in urgent safety, security, or legal situations.

Challenges and safety

ChallengeSphere provides social motivation, not medical, fitness, legal, or professional advice. Evaluate every challenge for your own health, ability, surroundings, and local law. Stop if an activity feels unsafe and seek qualified help when appropriate. Never rely on another user’s challenge as a substitute for professional advice.

Premium subscriptions

Premium may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and the subscription renews unless cancelled through that store before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel from your store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

Deleting your ChallengeSphere account does not cancel store billing. Manage your subscription first if you do not want it to renew. Features and pricing may change for a future billing period where permitted, with notice supplied by the relevant store.

Apple terms

For the iOS app, these Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for ChallengeSphere or its support, maintenance, warranties, or claims. To the extent required by the Apple agreement, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce the applicable terms.

Service changes and availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We work to keep ChallengeSphere available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Beta features may change or be withdrawn.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChallengeSphere is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ironside disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. Ironside is not responsible for user content, off-platform conduct, or losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using ChallengeSphere and delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, retained licenses, safety records, disclaimers, and payment obligations—will continue to apply.

Applicable law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your location. We may update the Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or another reasonable method and apply from the stated effective date.
